The Amprobe TMA5 anemometer has a built-in vane to measure air velocity, temperature, humidity, dew point, wet bulb, wind-chill, and ambient temperature, and is used by HVAC/R technicians to measure wind flow and temperature in air conditioning systems. Wind speed averages every two seconds and is measured in knots (KNT), Beaufort (BFT), feet per minute (ft/min), miles per hour (mph), meters per second (m/s), and kilometers per hour (km/h), and the dual-scale thermometer measures temperature in F and C.
The meter displays maximum wind speed, and has a hold function for recording data. It requires one CR2032 battery (included), and the auto-power off feature that turns the meter off after approximately five minutes, and can be disabled. The meter includes a wrist strap, a soft pouch, and instructions
